One account can configure multiple devices as needed. Home, work, and backup devices can share a plan without changing tiers for each additional device. Remember that data used across all devices counts against the same plan balance.

Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Clients and subscription details are provided in the user panel; the static page does not provide installers or subscription URLs.

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Checkout is completed through the user panel; the static plans page only explains pricing and rules and does not collect order information.
No email address is required; set a username and password to create an account. Then open the plans panel, where available options are grouped into monthly subscriptions and data packs.
Confirm the price, data allowance, and validity rules. For monthly subscriptions, check that data resets monthly on the activation date; for data packs, confirm that they remain valid until used and never expire.
Select one of the methods listed in the panel: Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Recheck the plan name and amount in the order before paying to avoid confusing a monthly subscription with a data pack.
After the order is completed, check the plan status in the user panel and open the download area for the client and subscription details for your platform. Do not paste or share personal subscription information on public pages.
06 · REFUND
VPNEC offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, keep your order details and submit a ticket through the user panel, identifying the order that needs attention. Submit the request for the actual order so it can be verified; a plan name alone is not sufficient.
Before submitting, you can rule out routing issues: confirm that your local network works, switch to a route matching the target service region, and reconnect in the Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, or Linux client. If you still want a refund, follow the panel workflow to submit it.
The refund policy does not change the monthly data reset method or the never-expiring rule for data packs. Confirm the billing type before purchase; switching later usually takes more steps.
